What types of rooms can I book?
En-suite rooms in shared flats, private studios, shared rooms, and whole apartments, in purpose-built student residences and verified private housing.
Are bills included in the rent?
In most purpose-built student accommodation, yes: electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi are included. We point out any exceptions before you book.
How long are the contracts?
Usually the length of your academic year, for example 44 or 51 weeks in the UK, or 6 to 12 months elsewhere. Shorter semester and summer stays are available in many cities.
Do I need a guarantor?
Some properties ask for a local guarantor. If you don't have one, you can pay a few months upfront or use a guarantor service, which we can arrange.
Can I book with friends?
Yes. Group bookings get you rooms in the same flat or building, plus cashback for everyone in the group.
