These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and the services offered by GoDorm, a TIRO Group company (“GoDorm”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

We help students find and book student accommodation, and arrange related services such as airport pickup, SIM cards, insurance, forex, bank accounts and student deals through partner providers. Using GoDorm to search and book is free for students. Accommodation is provided by the property you book, and each partner service by its provider, under their own terms, which we show you before you commit.

2. Bookings and third-party providers

Your tenancy or service contract is between you and the property or provider. We check listings before they go live and help you through the booking, but availability, rent, deposits, house rules and cancellation terms are set by the property or provider. Price-match requests are subject to the room and terms being genuinely the same.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete and honest information and documents.
• Read every contract and form before you sign or submit it.
• Meet the deadlines and pay the rent, deposits and fees set by properties and providers.
• Do not ask us to submit false or misleading information. We will refuse, and may stop working with you.

4. Fees, payments and refunds

Rent, deposits and service fees are paid to, and refunded by, the property or provider under their own cancellation policy, which we show you before you book. Cashback and referral rewards are paid on the terms published with each programme.

5. Information on this website

The information on this website, including rent ranges, areas and partner offers, is for general guidance only. It changes often and may not reflect the latest position. Your shortlist will confirm exact prices and terms before you book.

6. Third-party links

This website links to third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the GoDorm name, logo, text and design, belongs to GoDorm, a TIRO Group company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website, for example by submitting false enquiries, sending spam through our forms, or trying to interfere with how the website works.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, or from the acts or omissions of properties and third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
