We shortlist verified rooms that fit, confirm availability and the exact price, and once you choose, we handle the contract and deposit with you step by step. How do I pay the deposit and rent?
Payments are made securely to the property, usually by card or international bank transfer, to the property or its official booking partner, never to a personal account. Properties set their own payment schedule, often in instalments across the year. Our forex partner can help you pay from India at better exchange rates than a regular bank transfer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the property. Many offer free cancellation if your visa is refused or your university place falls through. We show you the exact terms before you sign, so you know what happens in each case.
When will my room be confirmed?
Once you reserve, we confirm availability and the exact price within one working day. The property then confirms your booking, usually within 24–48 hours of receiving your documents. You get the booking confirmation in writing from the property.
What documents will I need?
Usually your passport, your university offer letter or enrolment confirmation (a CAS in the UK, an I-20 in the US), and sometimes guarantor details or proof that you can pay. We tell you exactly what each property needs, so you only send what's required.
