“Reception staff are lovely and the location is perfect. Kitchen gets busy at dinner time, but that's half the fun.”

FAQ
Booking questions.
How do I book a room?
Send us your city, university, move-in date and budget through the form or on WhatsApp. We shortlist verified rooms, you choose, and we handle the contract and deposit with you.
How do I pay the deposit and rent?
Payments are made securely to the property, usually by card or international transfer. Our forex partner can help you pay from India at better rates.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms depend on the property. Many offer free cancellation if your visa is refused or your university place falls through. We show you the exact terms before you sign.
When will my booking be confirmed?
Many rooms confirm instantly, others within 24–48 hours once the property has your documents.
What documents will I need?
Usually your passport, university offer letter or CAS/I-20, and sometimes guarantor details. We tell you exactly what each property needs.
Can I view the room before booking?
Most students book remotely using verified photos and video tours. Where a property offers virtual viewings, we'll set one up.
Is support available after I move in?
Yes. Our team stays available 24/7 on WhatsApp, phone and email for anything from a maintenance issue to finding a new room for next year.
