Payments are made securely to the property, usually by card or international bank transfer, to the property or its official booking partner, never to a personal account. Once you reserve, we confirm availability and the exact price within one working day. The property then confirms your booking, usually within 24–48 hours of receiving your documents. You get the booking confirmation in writing from the property.
